As well as a beautiful home and being part of a vibrant, friendly community, moving to Golden Hill Homes means you can access the optional, flexible, care and support provided by our onsite care and support team Whether you need a short burst of help while you recover from an illness or operation, or a longer-term care for you or your loved one our support and care team is on hand to help. Even if no care is needed at the outset, our Care and Support team is always on hand to discuss care options and explain what to do if you feel you might need additional support such as care in your home. Our team of fully trained professionals can assess your individual needs and develop a tailored package of care just for you.

Our specialist team have created a warm, friendly and secure environment for our residents to enjoy, and are dedicated to providing 24-hour care and assistance. Services and amenities have been designed, and are constantly upgraded, to ensure residents’ complete well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions
Care options vary by community. Skilled nursing and rehabilitation care are offered in certain Sunrise communities, and when a resident requires more care than can be provided by our team, we work with the family, physician and partner providers to find an alternate solution.
We believe in a family’s right to choose everything – from a primary care physician to a physical therapist. Residents may keep their current physicians or our team can help them find physicians near the community. Some doctors make regular visits to our communities, but a resident is not obligated to use them. We can also provide scheduled transportation for our residents who need a ride to a doctor’s appointment, for an additional fee.
The cost to live at Sunrise is based on each resident’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and room rental fees, which vary by location. For more information, view our financial options page.
As this is our residents’ home, we welcome visitors and work with our family and friends to visit their loved ones at a time that works best for them.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own furniture with you as this is your home! We encourage you to design your suite to be as comfortable and familiar as possible.
